To welcome Class 31 students in 2025, Van Lang University plans to award over 8,000 scholarships with a total value exceeding VND 70 billion to new students. This initiative reflects the University’s commitment to social responsibility and aims to support and accompany students throughout their academic journey.
The VLU Talents Scholarship is an annual program awarded to 300 exceptional students enrolling in either the Standard or Honors Training Programs. These students must demonstrate outstanding abilities and achievements in areas such as academic performance, foreign languages, extracurricular involvement, community service, and possess an impressive portfolio.
Scholarship Values:
- Tier 1: 100,000,000 VND (30 awards)
- Tier 2: 50,000,000 VND (90 awards)
- Tier 3: 25,000,000 VND (180 awards)
Applications for the first round of the VLU Talents Scholarship are accepted until the end of June 2025, with results announced in early July 2025. The second round will take place in August 2025. The scholarship becomes effective upon official enrollment and will be applied directly toward tuition fees until the awarded amount is exhausted. VLU Talents recipients may combine this scholarship with other institutional scholarships or tuition reduction policies, as applicable.

In alignment with the national strategy to develop high-quality human resources in technology and to inspire innovation among the youth, Van Lang University offers a specialized scholarship program for students enrolling in Engineering and Technology (VLTECH) programs in 2025.
VLTECH includes 22 majors across Information Technology, Construction, Environmental Engineering, Biotechnology, Electrical & Electronics, and Mechatronics. (View the full list of 60 undergraduate programs)
All students enrolling in VLTECH programs in 2025 will receive the Tech for Future scholarship, based on admission scores.

The VLU Freshman Scholarship is a motivational gift for first-year students of Class 31 (excluding VLTECH), recognizing those with excellent academic achievements and supporting their transition into university life.

Education Sector Support Scholarship: A 20% tuition reduction for the entire course of study (no renewal conditions required) for children of teachers and staff currently working at Van Lang University’s partner high schools or at local Departments and Offices of Education.
Healthcare Sector Support Scholarship: A 20% tuition reduction for the entire course of study (no renewal conditions required) for students of Cohort 31 enrolling in Nursing or Medical Laboratory Technology programs.
Women in Engineering & Technology Scholarship: A 5% tuition reduction for the entire course of study for all female students enrolled in Engineering and Technology programs.
Note: If a student qualifies for multiple special categories or tuition reduction policies, the highest applicable benefit will be granted.
Van Lang University continues to provide diverse financial aid options ranging from 10% to 50% tuition reductions, depending on student eligibility.
