The Center for Medical Skills Training at Van Lang University is a modern simulation-based training hub, where students in health sciences are equipped with essential clinical skills in a standardized, practice-oriented, and internationally aligned environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching & Academic Development
- Deliver assigned medical skill-based courses for undergraduate programs of the Faculty of Medicine.
- Assess and evaluate students’ performance according to academic plans.
- Participate in curriculum development, course design, and the preparation of instructional materials.
- Supervise student projects, reports, and graduation theses.
- Advise and mentor students in academic and clinical skill development.
Research & Scholarly Activities
- Conduct and publish scientific research in medical education or clinical practice.
- Participate in conferences, academic workshops, and collaborative research projects.
Professional & Community Engagement
- Collaborate with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and research institutes to enhance teaching and internship programs.
- Support accreditation, student recruitment, outreach, and academic events.
- Contribute to community health initiatives, volunteer programs, and medical knowledge dissemination.
Professional Development
- Attend professional training and workshops to improve teaching and research competencies.
- Continuously update knowledge and apply innovative simulation-based teaching methods.
Other Duties
- Fulfill assigned tasks, academic KPIs, and responsibilities from the Center or University leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Medicine (Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, or equivalent disciplines as regulated in Circular No. 25/2017/TT-BGDĐT).
- Certificate of pedagogical training for higher education lecturers.
- Certificate in Clinical Medicine and a valid Medical Practice License.
Experience:
- Teaching or clinical training experience at a medical university, hospital, or simulation center.
- Preference given to candidates with research publications, academic projects, or experience in medical instructor training.
