KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver courses in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Networks and Data Communications, and related disciplines within the Faculty.
• Assess and evaluate student performance in accordance with the University’s academic regulations and training plans.
• Participate in developing and updating curricula, syllabi, textbooks, teaching materials, and course content aligned with application-oriented and research-driven directions.
• Lead or participate in scientific research projects; publish in international journals; present at domestic and international academic conferences; supervise students in research projects and theses.
• Support Faculty administrative and professional activities, including quality assurance and accreditation, academic communications, admissions, academic–career events, and other assigned duties.
• Participate in professional development programs to enhance academic qualifications, research capacity, and modern university teaching methodologies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Dean and the University Board.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

Applicants must hold a PhD degree or higher in one of the following fields (in accordance with Circular 25/2017/TT-BGDĐT):

• Information Technology
• Computer Science
• Computer Networks and Data Communications
• Information Systems
• Software Engineering
• Artificial Intelligence
• Cybersecurity / Information Security
• Or related doctoral disciplines aligned with the Faculty’s academic and research orientation

Additional requirements:

• Certificate of professional standards for university lecturers as required by current regulations.
• Minimum of 02 years of university-level teaching or research experience, or equivalent.
• English proficiency equivalent to B1 level or higher under Vietnam’s 6-level Foreign Language Competency Framework.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to effectively implement assigned program objectives, course content, and academic plans.
• Demonstrated research capability, including supervision of student research and publication in reputable journals.
• Ability to teach in English is an advantage.
• Proficiency in applying information technology tools for teaching and learning management.
• Innovative mindset, collaborative spirit, and commitment to sustainable development within a modern higher education environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• International publications indexed in ISI/Scopus.
• Candidates completing their doctoral dissertation or graduates from overseas universities.
• Experience working at reputable higher education institutions domestically or internationally.
