KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Teaching & Academic Development
- Deliver courses in Political Economy, Scientific Socialism, and Ho Chi Minh’s Ideology.
- Contribute to the development and updating of curricula, syllabi, and teaching materials.
- Assess students’ academic performance and supervise essays, research projects, and graduation theses.
Research
- Conduct research and publish in accordance with the University’s academic development orientation.
- Participate in organizing academic seminars and conferences at national and international levels.
Professional Development
- Engage in continuous professional training and innovative teaching practices.
- Update practical knowledge relevant to teaching and research.
Community Engagement & Academic Support
- Contribute to quality assurance, student recruitment, communications, and industry collaboration.
- Support international cooperation and fulfill assigned KPIs and tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Master’s degree or higher (PhD in a relevant field preferred).
- Certificate of pedagogical training in accordance with MOET regulations.
Experience & Expertise:
- At least 2 years of teaching experience at higher education institutions.
- Strong academic knowledge in Political Economy, Scientific Socialism, or Ho Chi Minh’s Ideology.
- Demonstrated research competence, including publications and participation in research projects.
Skills:
- English proficiency at a minimum of B2 level (CEFR) or equivalent, with ability to teach and publish in English.
- Proficient in information technology and modern teaching tools (E-learning, Teams, interactive platforms).
Preferred Qualifications:
- International publications in reputable journals.
- PhD degree or PhD candidates completing their dissertation.
