The Lecturer in Business plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, English-taught programs. This position is central to preparing students for global integration, innovation, and leadership in the modern business world. The ideal candidate will contribute to developing a modern curriculum aligned with trends in Marketing, International Business, and Business Administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Teaching & Academic Development:

• Deliver undergraduate-level courses entirely in English in the fields of Marketing, International Business, and Business Administration.
• Contribute to the development and updating of curricula, syllabi, and teaching materials.

Research:

• Conduct scientific research, publish articles in international journals, and participate in academic conferences.
• Guide students on research projects, theses, and graduation capstones.

Student & Industry Engagement:

• Facilitate student internships and connect them with real-world professional experiences.

Community Contribution:

• Assist with quality assurance, student recruitment, and general activities of the Institute and University.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• A Master's or PhD degree in Marketing, Commerce, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant area.
• Must possess a lecturer title as per current regulations.

Skills:

• English proficiency is essential, with the ability to effectively teach programs in English. A minimum level of B1 (or equivalent) is required.
• Proficient in applying information technology for both teaching and research.

Competencies:

• Deep understanding of business, industry trends, and research direction.
• Strong ability to conduct and publish scientific research.
• A proactive, innovative, and student-centered approach to education.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Candidates with international publications.
• Candidates who hold a PhD degree (or are nearing completion).
• Graduates from international universities.
• Experienced lecturers from prestigious universities in Vietnam
