Van Lang University: Top 10 Outstanding Universities in the 2025 Grow with Google – Accelerate Vietnam Digital Talent Program
On October 1, 2025, Van Lang University was honored for the second consecutive year in the Top 10 Outstanding Universities in the Closing Ceremony of the Grow with Google – Accelerate Vietnam Digital Talent Program. This year, 1,100 VLU students successfully earned course certificates, gaining valuable knowledge and skills for their academic and professional futures.
The Grow with Google – Accelerate Vietnam Digital Talent Program is a non-profit initiative implemented by Google Vietnam with the sponsorship and support of the Vietnam National Innovation Center (NIC). The program aims to equip young Vietnamese learners with global knowledge, enhance their competitiveness, and contribute to building a high-quality digital workforce for the nation’s sustainable development.
More than 1,100 Van Lang University Students Completed Courses under the Accelerate Vietnam Digital Talent Program
The program offered 10 specialized courses, including: IT Supports (Basic and Advanced), Data Analytics (Basic and Advanced), Digital Marketing & E-commerce, Project Management, Business Intelligence, Cybersecurity, UX Design, and AI Essentials.
The Student Success Center at VLU recorded over 1,800 course registrations from VLU students, with more than 1,100 students completing at least one of the 10 courses. The completion rate demonstrates the program’s rigorous standards, requiring strong commitment, perseverance, and self-discipline from learners, while also reflecting the program’s selective nature for those who are not yet fully invested in a field that requires flexibility and constant adaptation.
Notably, Van Lang University proudly recognized six outstanding students who successfully completed all 10 courses within the Accelerate Vietnam Digital Talent Program. These students were awarded Google Career Certificates—internationally recognized credentials directly linked to LinkedIn. This achievement not only enhances their personal profiles and strengthens their competitive advantage but also opens up valuable opportunities for internships and employment at reputable enterprises endorsed by Google, affirming the quality and versatility of VLU’s human resource training.
With the collaboration between Van Lang University and the Accelerate Vietnam Digital Talent Program, students are granted 12-month free course accounts. Upon completing each course, participants receive a globally recognized Google Career Certificate. In addition, throughout the learning process, students benefited from access to learning communities, skill-enhancement programs, and exclusive career fair events.
Through the program, VLU students had opportunities to develop adaptive thinking, gain practical insights, and strengthen their competitiveness in the job market. Van Lang University strives to create a digital learning environment that meets global professional standards and equips students with a solid foundation to enter the digital economy era.

According to Mr. Do Tien Thinh, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Innovation Center (NIC), in 2025, the Accelerate Vietnam Digital Talent Program has attracted over 100 universities, colleges, enterprises, and organizations nationwide. More than 14,000 learners have completed the courses, ready to become a key workforce driving Vietnam’s national digital transformation.
At the 2025 Accelerate Vietnam Digital Talent Closing Ceremony, organized by the Vietnam National Innovation Center in collaboration with Google on October 1, 2025, in Hanoi, Van Lang University was once again honored among the Top 10 Outstanding Universities of the 2025 program.
Van Lang University’s education strategy prioritizes the integration of digital technology into teaching, enabling students to master not only academic knowledge but also essential digital skills in the era of artificial intelligence. Beyond the formal training programs, the Student Success Center has organized over 50 events on digital technology and digital transformation at various scales, and established a network of cooperation with more than 30 domestic and international enterprises. These activities not only expand students’ opportunities to experience real working environments and understand global human resource demands but also enhance their competitiveness in the labor market.
