1. Functions

Advising the president on the management, organization, and implementation of quality assurance within the university.

2. Duties

The Department of Quality Assurance is responsible for quality assurance activities, specifically as follows:

• Proposing quality goals, developing programs, plans, and strategies to ensure the quality of the University,
• Monitoring, instructing, advising, and coordinating with units to implement quality assurance activities,
• Organizing self-assessment and accreditation activities for the University,
• Being the point of contact with accreditation agencies in Vietnam and abroad to carry out quality assessment and accreditation.
