Klein tunneling effect in binary waveguide arrays (BWAs)

We investigated the influence of the height potential step, and the wavenumber and found the transmission coefficient, and simulated it based on Dirac soliton in Klein tunneling effects, inverse Klein tunneling effects, and a rectangular potential barrier.
