On November 28, 2024, the Young Entrepreneurs Club under the Faculty of Commerce at Van Lang University hosted the workshop “Z Flow - What’s New for the Next Generation?”. The event served as a bridge for young people to approach modern business trends, while exploring their potential in the ever-evolving digital economy.
One of the standout speakers, TikToker Tun Pham, shared his experiences entering the KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) field. He emphasized that success does not necessarily come from becoming a celebrity, KOL, or KOC. Instead, students should focus on building their personal brand by maintaining consistent messaging and a strong individual style, making it easier for audiences to recognize and trust their content.
With years of experience as a legal advisor, Mr. Nguyen Tan Phong highlighted that, in addition to creativity and strategy, brand building in the digital age must comply with legal regulations from the outset. He emphasized that adherence to the law should extend beyond business into one’s personal lifestyle.
Champion of Vietnam Livestream Idol, speaker Mita Minh Tan, inspired students with his motto: “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” He encouraged attendees to take immediate action toward their passions and ambitions, emphasizing that this is a golden opportunity to grow personally and connect with the community.
The workshop provided students with a diverse view of digital business, equipping them with valuable knowledge on applying digital technology to content creation and building personal brand value. This enriching experience promises to inspire creativity and empower Generation Z to confidently conquer their futures.
