With the rapid advancement of technology and the complex upheavals of the global economy, humanity faces numerous difficulties and challenges. These upheavals are referred to as the VUCA era (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity). Through a profound perspective on the development of inner wisdom, Professor Vuong Thanh Son emphasized the crucial importance of adaptability and cultivating inner wisdom to overcome these challenges.

At the workshop, Prof. Vuong Thanh Son discussed the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on human life. He assumed that AI is not merely a technological tool but also a transformative force in society, supporting various sectors such as healthcare, education, and manufacturing. However, AI also presents significant challenges related to employment and mental health. In this context, inner wisdom plays a vital role in helping individuals remain adaptable and prepared to face the whirlwind of changes in the VUCA era.

Through the workshop, participating lecturers were introduced to the process of developing inner wisdom and the methods of harmoniously integrating knowledge, life experience, and self-awareness that help individuals transcend personal limitations, create a meaningful life, and contribute to building a better society.
