Anh Sang orphanage is located at 80/76 Tran Quang Dieu Street, Ward 14, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, and is affiliated with the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Charity Association. During its more than 25 years of operation, the facility has nurtured hundreds of wandering, homeless, and orphaned children, helping them become contributing members of society. There are also families who, due to extreme poverty and an inability to raise their children, have received approval from district authorities to send their children to the orphanage for care and education. However, according to general regulations, children must leave the orphanage at the age of 18 to find employment and establish their own lives. Specifically, children aged 16 and older must choose vocational classes to prepare for an independent future.

On August 8, 2022, more than 20 members from the Skill Team and the Health Team visited Anh Sang orphanage. They prepared gifts, organized games, and conducted educational activities on first aid for the children living there.

Members of the Health Team, part of the Green Summer campaign, guided 15 children aged 6 to 16 years in basic life-saving techniques. They covered topics such as six steps for life-saving interventions during heat stroke incidents, as well as first aid techniques for controlling bleeding from injuries, among other topics. In addition to imparting the importance of first aid, the volunteers also provided detailed instructions on simple first aid procedures and methods for practical application.

Accompanying the Health Team, the Skill Team volunteers prepared exciting musical performances and engaging games for the children at the orphanage. Through these activities, the children not only gained new knowledge but also enjoyed relaxation and fun, all while connecting with Van Lang students.
