On October 17, 2024, the Institute of Postgraduate Education of Van Lang University and the University of Hawaii organized the Welcome Session to greet 30 new students of Class 32 for the Master of Business Administration (VEMBA) international program. The event took place at the main campus of Van Lang University, just before the Residence Weekend in Vung Tau (October 18-20, 2024).
Dr. Nguyen Quynh Mai expressed the honor of officially collaborating with the University of Hawaii in training the VEMBA international Master’s program.
VEMBA is part of the strategy to innovate education, keep pace with technological trends, and train high-quality human resources, contributing to Van Lang University's mission of educating well-rounded students who positively impact and inspire society. Professor Bui Xuan Tung commented, “Van Lang University is the best partner we have.”
“This is a transformative experience that can shape your future. There will be many challenges along the way, but each step will bring satisfaction. I am confident that all your efforts will be worthwhile,” shared Ms. O My Phuong, VEMBA 2013 alumna, with the new students.
The new students of Class 32 had the opportunity to hear valuable insights from representatives of both universities and learn practical experiences from alumni. The Welcome Session not only allowed the new students to familiarize themselves with the new learning environment but also provided an opportunity to connect, interact, and build future collaborative relationships.
