VLU is among 11 Vietnamese Universities accredited by International Standards in 2024

Recently, VnEconomy Online Magazine reported on the latest list of universities that have met the quality standards in education, as announced by the Ministry of Education and Training. Van Lang University is proud to be one of 11 Vietnamese universities to achieve international accreditation in 2024.

In March 2024, Van Lang University was accredited for its institutional education quality by FIBAA, a European accreditation agency, with the highest result among universities assessed by FIBAA. With 100% of the criteria meeting the quality requirements, and nearly 50% of the criteria exceeding the quality requirements, this is clear evidence of Van Lang’s unwavering commitment to improving teaching quality and enhancing its international educational brand.

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, a quality culture is increasingly being formed and developed within the higher education system of Vietnam. The number of universities ranked by reputable international organizations is growing, reflecting that institutions are fully aware of the importance of accreditation and view it as a regular activity to enhance university quality and strengthen global integration.

Van Lang University's achievement not only opens up numerous opportunities for study, research, and international cooperation but also raises the Vietnamese students’ competency in the labor market. This affirms Van Lang’s position on the global education map, gradually realizing its vision to “become one of the most admired young universities in Asia by 2030”.
