On April 12, 2025, the Faculty of Information Technology at Van Lang University held an academic exchange event for a group of Myanmar students with the theme "GenAI Solution for Empowering Young Talents in the New Era." The event provided a valuable opportunity for cultural exchange and academic discussion, helping students from both countries connect more closely.

The workshop was led by speaker Le Trong Hung, Founder and CEO of NamiQ, with professional support from Dr. Bui Minh Phung, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology at Van Lang University. The program focused on introducing generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) and its role in transforming the workforce. The guest speaker discussed how artificial intelligence is shaping the future of work and provided guidance on how to effectively use AI. Advanced generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, FluxAI, Midjourney, Gemini, Copilot, Deepseek, Llama, and Claude AI were showcased, demonstrating the increasing integration of AI into the workforce, from the "human-in-the-loop" (HITL) model to full automation (HOOTL).

Statistics show that half of employers are reorienting their businesses and planning workforce transformation to increase productivity, while focusing on training AI skills for employees and recruiting talents with specialized expertise in this technology. The lively lecture by speaker Le Trong Hung, along with intriguing questions from the Myanmar student delegation, created an energetic and enjoyable learning atmosphere.
