Van Lang University won The Third Prize in the 2024 "Golden Hands of Network Administration" Citywide Competition

At the award ceremony in the 2nd "Golden Hands of Network Administration" Citywide Competition 2024, held on August 10, 2024, the Trade Union of Van Lang University was honored with third prize in Category B.

With the desire to meet the demands of the country's industrialization and modernization, the 2nd "Golden Hands of Network Administration" Citywide Competition 2024 organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Federation of Labor in collaboration with the Information Technology College (ITC), sought to enhance the professional skills of network administrators, in line with regional and global trends.

On the morning of August 4th, 2024, the competition took place with two categories, A and B. In Category A, contestants completed multiple-choice and practical tests related to computer networks, network security, Windows system administration (MCSA), and Linux system administration (LPI). In Category B, participants faced both theoretical and practical assessments on topics including network administration and Cisco network security (CCNA), Windows system administration (MCSA), Linux system administration (LPI), virtualization, and cloud computing involving platforms like VMWare, AWS, and Azure.

Surpassing more than 500 contestants who were union members, workers, officials and employees from various units and enterprises across the city, Van Lang University proudly won the third prize in Category B of the "Golden Hands of Network Administration" 2024 competition.
