By taking part in the games, faculty members will have a chance to connect, socialize, and strengthen their relationships with fellow colleagues.

The 2025 sports festival makes an energetic comeback with four primary disciplines: soft volleyball, sack race, tug-of-war, and relay running. With almost 30 teams competing in each category, the events promise fierce and passionate competition. Beyond showcasing athletic spirit, the games also enjoy enthusiastic encouragement from numerous supporters, contributing to unforgettable experiences and reinforcing the unity within Van Lang University's trade union.

Commenting on the current sports festival, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Thuy, President of Van Lang University's Trade Union, conveyed her pleasure at the keen involvement of faculty members in every event. She highlighted that each iteration of the sports festival introduces novel and interesting aspects, as team compositions evolve annually. Consequently, achieving strong performance requires members to be adaptable, collaborate efficiently, and fully leverage their teamwork, an essential element for collective success.

For the relay competition, despite encountering significant difficulties, the educators put their full effort into each run. Five people, five stages, and a shared team ethos: together, they completed the relay challenge at the finish line of J Building, resulting in a truly perfect and memorable moment.

Although teams were initially awkward, unaccustomed to the sacks, their team spirit and enthusiastic cheering quickly led members to coordinate smoothly and complete the event excellently.
