Van Lang University Students participate in a Cultural Exchange with General Association of Chinese Students of Macau

Aiming to promote cultural exchange, foster educational collaboration and build a multinational learning environment, on December 24th 2024, the International Education Institute (IEI) of Van Lang University welcomed the delegation from the General Association of Chinese Students of Macau. The exchange program provided Macau students with an opportunity to explore Vietnamese culture while strengthening the cooperative relationship between the two nations.

During the visit, students had the chance to explore the modern facilities at Van Lang University, from lecture halls that meet international standards to dynamic community living spaces. Especially, in the classrooms, cultural exchange activities such as learning Vietnamese through the greeting “Xin chào” and experiencing traditional Vietnamese cuisine left a deep impression on the participants. Through these experiences, the international students not only felt the warmth and friendliness of Vietnamese people but also gained a deeper understanding of the language and the beauty of local culture.

Yung Kai Un (Kyan) - student from Macau delegation, expressed admiration for the dynamic learning environment at Van Lang University. Kyan shared that the trip provided a chance to explore Vietnamese culture and experience a modern international educational setting, while also opening up potential for future collaboration between the two universities.

The exchange program concluded with memorable and meaningful moments for students from both sides. We hope this collaboration will serve as a solid foundation for a long-lasting partnership between Van Lang University and its partners in Macau in the near future.
