(VLU, 17/04/2023) - From April 13 to 16, 2023, outstanding members of the Van Lang University's Unions officially began "Journey to Fatherland" to famous historic destination and cultural sites, which are related to Van Lang Education Group, concurrently aiming to celebrate the 28th anniversary of VLU's establishment and Union Conference for the term of 2023 - 2028.


On the morning of April 13, 2023, 21 members of the VLU's Unions started their journey to the fatherland. According to the timeline, the Delegation visited famous historic destinations and cultural sites, including Hung Temple (Phu Tho Province); Ba Dinh Square: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, One Pillar Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh Museum, Temple of Literature (Ha Noi capital); Yen Tu (Quang Ninh), one of the country's Buddhist centers and associated with ancient architecture throughout dynasties (Ly, Tran, Le, Nguyen); Ha Long Bay (Quang Ninh), a famous tourist destination and twice recognized by UNESCO as a world natural heritage because of its exceptional global value in geology and geomorphology…


After visiting the capital, the Delegation traveled to Hung Temple - Phu Tho province, a sanctuary at Nghia Linh Mountain, Hy Cuong Village, Viet Tri City, where the eldest son of Lac Long Quan and Au Co became king, took the title Hung Vuong and named the country Van Lang.
Here, the Delegation visited Ha - Trung - Thuong Temples, an architectural complex with high and majestic terrain where sacred spirits encounter, hidden under the ancient trees. At Hung Temple, the Delegation performed the offering-incense ceremony, bringing with them sincere thoughts of preserving the beautiful cultural traditions.







Closing the journey, VLU officers-lecturers-staff offered incense with their whole heart to send positive things. Hopefully, with meaningful experiences and great memories, the members of Van Lang University's Unions will be motivated to dedicate themselves to education at VLU.
