On the 6th day of the Lunar New Year, lecturers and staff of Van Lang University officially returned to work after the Tet holiday on February 15, 2024.

After a joyful occasion with their families, lecturers and staff of Van Lang University officially resumed their regular duties at various campuses and got ready for a productive and effective new year. Starting the Year of the Dragon 2024 propitiously and fortuitously, Van Lang University organized a celebration to welcome the Lion Dance from Nhon Nghia Duong Troupe to the main campus, bringing a lively atmosphere to celebrate the new spring to Van Lang University.

Before the holiday, Tet decoration areas at the main campus of Van Lang University were carefully chosen by beloved lecturers and staff as "check-in" spots to welcome the new spring.

The university's Tet celebration products were produced and showcased online to help connect the Van Lang community nationwide during the Lunar New Year. 

In addition to the Tet decoration areas, the Tet celebration products were produced and showcased to serve the Van Lang community throughout the holiday. On the first day back to school, the university leadership gave red envelopes to lecturers and staff, extending their beautiful wishes for the new year.

With meticulous and vigorous performances, the Lion Dance from Nhon Nghia Duong troupe, together with Van Lang University's lecturers and students, welcomed the new Year of the Dragon  with abundant positive energy. The performances of the "Lan rong hoan tho,"(Dragon returning to earth) "Ma dao thanh cong,"(Horse arrives, success achieved), "Tu quy hung long," (Four seasons bring prosperity), "Song long xuat hai"(Twin dragons venture into the sea), etc., dances were skillfully executed, demonstrating the strength and authority of the Dragon - the legendary animal among the 12 Chinese Zodiacs, with hopes for a breakthrough and successful year for lecturers and students of Van Lang University.
