Van Lang University is a member of the Passage to ASEAN (P2A) network

P2A was established in 2012, connecting students from universities and colleges of 9 ASEAN member countries; especially Vietnam has 7 member schools, including Van Lang University.

Passage to ASEAN (abbreviated as P2A) is a non-profit organization officially established in June 2012. With the motto "One vision, one identity and one community", P2A was born with the purpose of serving as a bridge between universities and colleges in the region, helping to develop high-quality human resources, through educational exchange programs and supporting student career development within each ASEAN country.

Since July 2016, the P2A network has been upgraded to an association, expanding the number of members and connecting students of 9 ASEAN member countries: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam.

Joining the P2P Network in 2015, Van Lang University had the opportunity to participate in annual conferences of P2A members; providing opportunities for students to participate in trips organized by P2A, and exchange at universities in ASEAN. Through these activities, students can enhance their understanding of cultures, experience community life, equip themselves with practical knowledge, and develop soft skills to actively integrate into the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). 

As a member of P2A, Van Lang University expects to continue expanding connections for its faculty and students with international friends within the framework of P2A and ASEAN activities in the near future.
