The Faculty of Business Administration and the Faculty of Arts & Design held the seminar “Empowering Young Entrepreneurs: The Role of Education and Support Systems in Vietnam,” coupled with an enchanting showcase of traditional woodblock art.
The seminar provided SIT students with valuable insights into business models, entrepreneurial processes, market need assessments, and strategies to seize opportunities. Dr. Nguyen Quynh Mai, Head of the Faculty of Business Administration and Head of the Institute of Postgraduate Education at Van Lang University, shared her expertise on education in entrepreneurship, emphasizing three key pillars: cultivating knowledge, honing skills, and shaping mindsets.
From crafting groundbreaking business models and evaluating market dynamics to mastering strategic management, the program turns ideas into impactful realities.
On a cultural note, SIT students immersed themselves in Vietnam’s artistic heritage through a traditional woodblock art workshop organized by the Faculty of Arts & Design. Lecturers Ho Dang Bach Ly and Tran Anh Van passionately shared the legacy of Dong Ho paintings, iconic folk art of Bac Ninh province beloved for its New Year charm and connection to everyday life. Students embraced the art form, channeling their creativity into crafting one-of-a-kind woodblock prints.
