Van Lang University and Seoul National University of Education (South Korea) Sign MOU
On June 18, 2025, Van Lang University and the Seoul National University of Education (SNUE), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a significant step toward establishing a strategic partnership between the two institutions. The MOU aims to promote comprehensive development for students, faculty, and both universities through academic exchanges, joint research, and career development support. This partnership also presents an opportunity to foster international engagement, expand academic networks, and improve training quality in the near future.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Thi My Dieu, President of Van Lang University, expressed high hopes for the collaboration: “Though Van Lang University and SNUE were established at different times and are geographically distant, we share many similarities in our visions, missions, and core educational values. SNUE’s core values align deeply with the Morality - Will - Creativity values that VLU upholds. Through this partnership, we expect to expand academic opportunities, international exchange, and the development of high-quality human resources within Van Lang University’s educational ecosystem.”
Mr. Jang Shinho, President of Seoul National University of Education, emphasized the growing influence of both institutions in the Southeast Asian and international educational landscape. He also expressed his expectation that the partnership with Van Lang University will continue to expand, particularly in Korean language training programs, with the shared goal of becoming regional leaders in education.
