VanLang Unitour 2025 Concludes an Inspiring Journey in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province

On the morning of May 18, 2025, VanLang Unitour 2025 officially concluded its vibrant journey at the final stop – Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province. The program received enthusiastic support from the Provincial Department of Education and Training, school administrators, and a large number of students from 14 high schools in the area.

The VanLang Unitour career orientation day attracted participation from students of the following schools: Nguyen Hue High School, Tran Nguyen Han High School, Le Hong Phong High School, Ba Ria High School, Chau Thanh High School, Vung Tau High School, Dinh Tien Hoang High School, Bilingual Secondary and High School, Le Quy Don Specialized High School, Tran Van Quan High School, Vo Thi Sau High School, Nguyen Binh Khiem High School, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Primary – Secondary – High School, and Nguyen Khuyen High School. With an open, proactive, and energetic spirit, the students created a lively and youthful atmosphere throughout the day.

Representing Van Lang University, Dr. Vo Van Tuan, Secretary of the Party Committee and Standing Vice-President, emphasized: “Ba Ria – Vung Tau ranks fourth nationwide in terms of the number of students enrolled at VLU, with over 2,000 graduates and nearly 1,850 current students. This reflects the trust of local parents and students in the university, as well as VLU’s responsibility to connect and support students in choosing the right majors that match their abilities, thereby reducing first-year dropout rates and limiting unemployment after graduation.”

Students enthusiastically participated in all activities across more than 30 experiential zones representing different majors.

During the event, nearly 40 career orientation classes covering various fields were held under the direct guidance of Van Lang lecturers. In addition, more than 30 dynamic career experience zones attracted a large number of students eager to explore and interact.

One of the highlights was a creative fashion show performed by students of the Fashion Design major, inspired by Vietnam’s nature and famous landscapes. Alongside this were cultural performances by local students and Van Lang students, creating a vibrant and connected atmosphere.

High school students confidently walked the runway showcasing unique designs created by Van Lang University’s Fashion Design students – a place where creative ideas are spread and connections between generations of students are fostered.

The sentimental “Hello Vietnam” performance was a collaboration between Van Lang students and the art team from Nguyen Hue High School.

To encourage academic excellence and extracurricular activities, especially in key fields such as Technology and Engineering, Van Lang University awarded scholarships to outstanding high school students in Ba Ria – Vung Tau. These scholarships not only recognize achievements but also motivate students to continue striving and nurturing their dreams of learning.

Van Lang University awarded 18 scholarships to high school students in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province for outstanding achievements in academics and scientific - technical research.

The VanLang Unitour 2025 day in Ba Ria – Vung Tau concluded with many emotions and memorable moments. Students had authentic access to the world of professions, from classes to practical activities, from theory to career inspiration. The friendliness, eagerness to learn, and artistic talents of local students served as the driving flame for this meaningful journey.

Concluding the journey across 8 provinces nationwide, VanLang Unitour 2025 has left a deep impression on thousands of high school students and teachers – not only as a career orientation program but also as a sustainable bridge between Van Lang University and future generations of learners. Every lesson, every small gift, every smile carried a message: choose the right major, build a solid foundation for the future.
