On November 24, 2024, the Alumni Club of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing at Van Lang University organized the seminar "Chuyện nhà Kế - Kiểm" (The Accounting and Auditing Family Story) with the aim of helping the faculty's students gain a deeper understanding of their future career paths.

Dr. Mai Binh Duong, Dean of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing at Van Lang University, noted that the program would provide an opportunity for networking and practical experience, helping students confidently step into their professional careers.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Mai Binh Dương, Dean of the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, shared:"This program serves as an exceptional platform where successful alumni from previous Classes can directly share their practical experiences with the next generations of students. This knowledge not only provides valuable learning opportunities but also equips students with insights that cannot be found in textbooks."

The panel discussion featured distinguished alumni from the Faculty of Accounting and Auditing, representing major enterprises, including:

  • Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan – Head of Internal Audit at Phú Nhuận Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ), alumnus of Class 2.
  • Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuong – Deputy Director of Enterprise Support Services (KPMG Vietnam), alumna of Class 15.
  • Ms. Diep Bao Minh – Head of Assurance, Control, and Internal Audit (Deloitte Vietnam), alumna of Class 15.
