On September 23rd 2024, the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture held a citizen's meeting for students of Class 27, 28 and 29. This was also an opportunity for students to listen and have their questions answered, helping them prepare for the upcoming academic journey.

Dr. Nguyen Thi Hien - Dean of the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture, shared that the academic year 2024 - 2025 is a significant milestone because Van Lang University celebrates its 30th anniversary of establishment and development. For the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture, this is also the moment that marks the graduation of the first Class of students, who will contribute positively to society.

During the session, students had the opportunity to meet and engage in direct dialogue with the Faculty’s Board of Directing, listening to lecturers to share insights on career orientation, university rules and support policies. They also gained valuable tips on how to build an effective study plan. With the aim of providing students with access to an international learning environment, faculty introduced the Spring 2025 exchange programs at Kangwon National University and Pai Chai University - great opportunities for Van Lang University students to immerse themselves in a multicultural environment, integrate globally and enhance their professional knowledge.

Under the guidance of guest speaker, Mr. Lee Jung Woo - visiting lecturer from the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture, students had the opportunity to explore the “Senior - Junior Culture” through role-playing exercises in engaging simulated situations.

It is hoped that the valuable information shared during the session has provided students with useful knowledge for their academic journey and personal development. Wishing the students of the Faculty of Korean Language and Culture a smooth start to the academic year and impressive academic achievements ahead.
