On October 23, 2024, the Faculty of Commerce of Van Lang University organized a talk show with the theme “Breakthrough thinking - Different creativity in events” to provide practical knowledge and create opportunities for direct exchange with experts in the field of event organization.

According to Mr. Do Trung Kien, Founder of Onfest Agency, creativity is not only a factor that makes a difference but also the key to effectively conveying messages to the audience. At the same time, he emphasized the importance of determining the theme, mood & tone, key moment, name and message to help unify the content and create a memorable experience for attendees.

Continuing the show, Ms. Truong Phan Cam Tu, Events and Communications Expert of NAB Innovation Center Vietnam brought a new perspective on how to use "Event mind maps" to support the idea generation process, clearly shaping the event organization plan. Accordingly, a good story consists of 4 elements: characters, context, events that take place and solutions to the problem.

To ensure the event runs smoothly and professionally, Mr. Do Cong Minh Duc, a specialist at the Student Support Center of Van Lang University enthusiastically guided students through the process of registering for event facilities.

The event provided students with practical knowledge about event organization, from creative thinking to story building and event management. Lessons from experts help students become more confident in organizing and promoting their creativity to create many unique works in the future.
