On the morning of May 15, 2025, the Faculty of Automotive Engineering – Van Lang University organized a seminar titled “Career Opportunities and Resilience Skills Through the Role Model of Ken.” The event aimed to support students of Class 27 in orienting their career paths, updating industry trends in Automotive Engineering Technology, and equipping themselves with the necessary resilience skills to confidently enter the labor market.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Huu Son - Dean of the Faculty of Automotive Engineering – delivered the opening remarks, emphasizing the significance of the seminar for students who are preparing to graduate.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Huu Son affirmed that the seminar was a valuable opportunity for students to gain fundamental and essential insights before starting a new semester and preparing for their upcoming graduation journey.

Mr. Phung Ngoc Thai Minh Duy, Deputy Director of the Business Division at Do Thanh Automobile Joint Stock Company, shared insights into recruitment demands and workforce requirements in the automotive engineering industry.

Mr. Phung Ngoc Thai Minh Duy, Deputy Director of the Business Division at Do Thanh Automobile Joint Stock Company delivered a presentation on the topic titled  “Career Guidance and Employment Opportunities for Automotive Engineering Technology Students,” Mr. Duy focused on analyzing the current recruitment landscape, the essential skills that companies seek in fresh graduates, and offered valuable career development advice amid an increasingly competitive job market.

Mr. Tran Thanh Kha, Director of Nitera Vietnam and author of the book “KEN – Tomorrow: Live or Die?”, shared his personal journey of overcoming adversity, offering inspiration to students.

Mr. Tran Thanh Kha, Director of Nitera Vietnam motivated with the session titled “Overcoming Adversity – Seeking Career Opportunities – Becoming the Best Version of Yourself,” Mr. Kha drew from his book to convey powerful messages about perseverance, positive thinking, and the essential skills needed to navigate challenges in both life and work. His talk aimed to inspire students and help them shape a clearer vision for their future careers.
