On January 21st, 2025, the exhibition booth of the Major of Oriental Studies (covering three majors: Korean Studies, Japanese Studies, and Chinese Studies) and the Chinese Language, English Language, and Korean Language programs at Van Lang University became a highlight, attracting a large number of students to explore and experience East Asian culture at the Language Festival organized by Nguyen Cong Tru High School.

From traditional Korean folk games like paper flipping (Ddakji-chigi), shuttlecock kicking (Jegichagi), and arrow throwing (Tuho) to calligraphy activities, the booth offered students diverse cultural experiences. Notably, the atmosphere at the booth was further enlivened by the Random Dance K-pop session, attracting enthusiastic participation from young people who love Korean culture. The students were also thrilled to have the opportunity to try on traditional Hanbok from Korea and Hanfu from China.

In addition to the unique experiences, the booth of the Major of Oriental Studies and the Major of Chinese Language provided consultation information about the training programs, helping students better understand career opportunities and future development directions when studying at Van Lang.

The exhibition booth of Van Lang University at the Language Festival not only helped students explore diverse East Asian cultures but also provided practical information about training programs and career opportunities in language fields.
