During 3 consecutive days from April 4 to April 6, 2025, the top 21 of the Ra Khoi 2025 competition went through 4 special activities: from model thinking to presentation skills, from understanding cash flow to taking action for sustainable development. All are aimed at the common goal: to be ready for the POSTER SHOW in May - where the sample products of the Top 21 in the Ra Khoi journey will be displayed.
Trainer: Dr. Le Thi Thanh Tam, Head of External Relations Department, Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Ho Chi Minh City National University.
- Learn how to tell your startup story in a concise, convincing and inspiring way;
- Practice body language, voice, and how to make an impression from the first second;
- Practice 60-second pitching: practice speaking to "sell" your idea by heart and logic.
Trainer: Ms. Duong Thi Ngoc Lien, Lecturer of Industrial Management Faculty at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology
- Understand and apply the BMC model - a comprehensive map of a startup;
- Identify target customers, core values, revenue streams & costs;
- Each team is guided, edited and "dissected" their own business model.
Trainer: Ms. Tran Le Hung, M&A Deal Service Manager at Emakase Company
- Financial overview for startups: understanding balance sheets, financial statements, cash flows;
- Getting familiar with IRR, NPV: financial indicators that convince investors;
- Directly answering each team's questions in cost estimation - financial planning.
Trainers: Dr. Nguyen Van Bac, Deputy Head of the Southern Office, National Agricultural Extension Center; Mr. Nguyen Cong Minh Bao, Co-founder and CEO of Green Transition
- Field visit to the circular agriculture model in District 12;
- Exchange, mobilize groups, strengthen team spirit;
- Training “ESG for Startups”: CSR, EDG, SDG and application of sustainable development to each project.
At the end of the series of in-depth activities, the Top 21 understood that: When truly understanding users, controlling finances, inspiring with responsible ideas - it is not only a potential project to win high prizes, it is also a working style based on real values.
