Signing Ceremony of the Cooperation Agreement between Van Lang University and IESVE and VILANDCO Companies

On March 25, 2025, Van Lang Autodesk Training Center held the signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement between Van Lang University and IESVE Company and VILANDCO Company to promote collaboration in software research and development.

Dr. Tran Thi My Dieu, President of Van Lang University, shared: “More than just a cooperation agreement, this is an important step in Van Lang University’s long-term vision toward sustainable education and innovation. Previously, the university and enterprises organized a workshop on building performance simulation with the goal of sharing knowledge and connecting students with industry experts.” Dr. Tran Thi My Dieu expects the agreement to elevate strategic cooperation and encourage Van Lang students to access advanced technology, especially in the fields of Architecture, Civil Engineering, and Environmental Technology.

Mr. Fazly Omar, Business Director of IESVE Company, expressed his delight in returning to Van Lang University to collaborate on digital transformation and sustainable development. He emphasized: “To achieve the Net Zero target by 2030, we need to start by educating students through research projects at the university to contribute to constructing energy-efficient buildings.”

According to Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Director of VILANDCO Company, by the end of 2024, about 500 projects had received green building certification. This number is expected to continue increasing in the coming years, showing that the green economy and sustainable development are becoming trends. Therefore, training green human resources is extremely promising. The signing ceremony will open many new opportunities for students to master foundational tools, thereby upgrading skills and enhancing knowledge.
