Listening to stories of a Writer and a Journalist told by Speaker Luu Trong Van

On December 4th, 2024, the Literature Club of Van Lang University organized a talk show titled "Stories of a Writer and a Journalist" aiming to provide students of Literature with an opportunity to listen to the fascinating experiences of author Luu Trong Van in the field of media and creative arts, as well as to have their questions about writing and journalism answered.

Vietnamese writer Luu Trong Van, renowned for his exceptional works and passionate journalism, has offered a profound insight: "Every written word is a seed of love. In the digital age, AI can simulate, but only humans can create genuine emotions. Literature forces us to confront ourselves and the world, and words become bridges between souls."

On the theme of writing and journalism, Luu Trong Van argues that the true value of a work lies in its ability to evoke deep empathy in readers. Drawing on his personal experiences, he highlights the importance of balancing individual expression with the collective good.
