On June 8, 2025, Van Lang University’s Faculty of Nursing and Medical Technology organized Job Fair 2025 on the theme “Bridging careers - Connecting future”. The event framework included many practical activities: career orientation, an update on recruitment trends, student support on job interview skills, and CV writing, preparing students for their working path.

During his opening speech, Dr. Le Van Chuong, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing and Medical Technology, Van Lang University, emphasized: “The Job Fair provides the students with not only closer access to the recruiters, but also an opportunity to network with the businesses, therefore better self-orientation and understanding of what the recruiters need. The importance is that students and companies have to have a common ground, so the training and recruitment can be effective and practical”.

The Job Fair became an attraction to many businesses in medical technology. During the event, they introduced and presented potential job positions, talent acquisition policies, and evaluated future recruitment trends. Additionally, they also shared interview experience and the needed skills to meet the requirements of medical units.

Within the framework, the “Development trends and human resource needs in the field of Medical Laboratory Science” seminar gathered the Board of Directors, lecturers of the Faculty of Nursing and Medical Technology, leading experts, and the recruiters. The seminar focused in-depth on development trends, opportunities and challenges in training, as well as recruitment standards for the high-quality human resources for Medical Laboratory Science.
