INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE "VIETNAM BREAD JOURNEY – FROM THE INTERSECTION OF CULINARY CULTURE TO NATIONAL BRAND VALUES"

On October 11, 2022, the International Scientific Conference "The journey of Vietnamese bread - From the intersection of culinary cultures to national brand values" took place at Trinh Cong Son Hall, the main campus of the University. Studying Van Lang, contributing to research achievements, and collecting scientific documents on Vietnamese bread. The event was organized by Thanh Nien Newspaper and Vietnam Super Chef Association in collaboration with Van Lang University, and Saigon Tourism Corporation (Saigontourist).
