On December 17, 2023, Van Lang University's Faculty of Arts and Design organized the 2023 Hoa Sac Traditional Festival with the theme "Ky Quang" attracting over 1,500 participants. Hoa Sac returns for the 16th year, carrying on the tradition of the previous generation and conveying the spirit of the students from the Faculty of Arts and Design.

"Hoa Sac" is an annual festival organized by students from the Faculty of Arts and Design to express gratitude to their lecturers. "Hoa Sac" is the "significant project" and has become the pride of many generations of students over the years.

Expressing pride in the strong development of Hoa Sac, Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Design, Artist. Phan Quan Dung, shared: “Over the past 16 years, Hoa Sac and students' creativity have been evident when they participated in numerous major competitions and achieved numerous achievements. Hoa Sac and the students were ready to transform at this point. In 2024, the Faculty will continue to innovate while adhering to the School's core values of training and inspiring passion for those who love fine arts.”

"Ky Quang" has led viewers through different levels of emotions. From the journey of recreating the ups and downs of Hoa Sac's 16-year history to the colorful fashion festival with more than 50 unique fashion outfits designed by students and a series of unique musical performances that allow viewers to feel their emotions through outstanding music and lighting.

LE - Soul of Hoa Sac: When the fire lights up, it shines through the "Red" area

Flash mob is the opening performance of Hoa Sac 2023 "Ky Quang". When the little spirits of Hoa Sac began to gather, they danced, sang, and brought dynamic energy to the people of the "Red" area.

Hoa Sac 2023 - Ky Quang ended with hugs, tight arms, and tears from friends and students from the same family. There is no distance between courses or between lecturers and students at Hoa Sac. Simply being a member of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design means you will always be a part of the "Red" family. We hope that the next generations of the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design will continue to build the Hoa Sac family and make it stronger in the future.
