Gia Dinh High School students learn personal finance management tips from lecturers of the Faculty of Finance - Banking, Van Lang University

On the morning of December 7, 2024, the atmosphere at Gia Dinh High School (Binh Thanh District) buzzed with excitement during a special session held in the schoolyard: “Effective Personal Finance Management.” The program provided students with essential knowledge in finance through engaging and entertaining activities.

The session was led by two lecturers from the Faculty of Finance and Banking at Van Lang University: Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Lan and Ms. Luong Minh Lan. Drawing on their practical experience and engaging interactive activities, the students not only gained a deeper understanding of the importance of personal finance management but were also introduced to effective methods for managing income and expenses, laying the groundwork for immediate application.

The lecturers used real-life examples to convey financial knowledge and engaged in lively interactions with the students.

Additionally, students participated in engaging group activities and completed the Holland personality test to explore their strengths. The test results provided valuable suggestions for fields of study aligned with their abilities and interests, offering guidance for their future career paths.
