On May 17, 2025, the Faculty of Automotive Engineering at Van Lang University organized the community service program “Free Car Maintenance, Inspection, and Technical Consultation 2025.” This event also provided a valuable hands-on opportunity for students majoring in Automotive Engineering Technology to enhance their skills through real-life practice in vehicle inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting common automotive issues.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Huu Son, Dean of the Faculty of Automotive Engineering, expressed sincere gratitude to the sponsors and emphasized the practical value of the initiative in both education and community service.

In his opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Huu Son, Dean of the Faculty of Automotive Engineering highlighted the importance of this meaningful program, noting that it enables students to apply their technical knowledge to serve not only the Van Lang community but also nearby areas, generating positive societal impacts.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh, a representative of Niterra Vietnam, expressed his honor in continuing to support the program for the past four years.

Representing the program’s sponsor, Mr. Khanh shared his pride in contributing to this community-focused program and affirmed his desire to maintain a long-term partnership with Van Lang University.

Under the direct supervision of lecturers, students from the Faculty of Automotive Engineering provided free technical services for 20 vehicles.

This year's program provided free maintenance, inspection, and technical consultation services for 20 cars. The inspection process was carried out meticulously and professionally by student teams, covering detailed assessments of the interior, exterior, engine compartment, battery condition, chassis system, tires, and spark plugs, all under the direct supervision and guidance of highly qualified lecturers.

Concluding a productive and meaningful day, the program demonstrated profound humanitarian values and reinforced Van Lang University’s strong spirit of community service. It also served as a valuable experience in the learning journey of future automotive engineers.
