To promote international exchange and expand opportunities for learning and creative collaboration, on May 8, 2025, the Faculty of Creative Technology - Van Lang University warmly welcomed a delegation of lecturers and students from Hoejer Design School (Denmark). The visit marked the beginning of a promising partnership between the two institutions.
During the meeting, Dr. Vo Van Lac - Dean of the Faculty of Creative Technology - expressed his hope that the visit and experience at Van Lang would offer lecturers and students from Hoejer Design School new professional perspectives and insights into Vietnam’s creative education environment. He also emphasized the Faculty’s desire to build a sustainable partnership, particularly in areas such as lecturer and student exchange, online classes, and joint academic activities.
With its strengths in training fields such as Communication Technology and Film–Television Technology, Dr. Vo Van Lac - Dean of the Faculty of Creative Technology - expressed the desire to collaborate with Hoejer Design School through various formats: virtual exhibitions, design competitions, and both online and offline media projects. Dr. Vo Van Lac emphasized that these are important steps toward fostering a stronger international partnership between the two institutions in the future.
As part of the visit, the delegation of lecturers and students from Design School Hoejer toured the modern facilities of Van Lang University. They also observed the working process firsthand and engaged in discussions with Van Lang students about ongoing design projects.
Principal Kirsten Boyschau of Design School Hoejer expressed her impression of the facilities and learning environment at Van Lang University. This visit not only served as an opportunity for both institutions to learn more about each other, but also laid a solid foundation for developing concrete collaborative programs in the near future, promising mutual benefits for both lecturers and students.
