On April 13, 2025, the Faculty of Commerce organized a workshop titled “Ready, Set, Intern - Conquer Your Internship” to equip students with the essential knowledge and skills for career orientation and seizing suitable internship opportunities.

Drawing on her extensive experience in recruitment, Ms. Pham Trinh Phi Khanh, General HR Officer at Titan DMS Limited, shared valuable insights into how companies approach young candidates. Having worked with student interns for many years, she has distilled advice on creating standout resumes, succeeding in interviews, and shaping a clear career direction.

Ms. Luong Ngoc Tran, Co-founder and CEO of DICAL Practical Skills Academy, introduced strategies for selecting the right internship units across various fields. She also revealed "tricks" to expand career opportunities while still in university. In addition, the two speakers also shared powerful tools, encouraging young people to be proactive and confident in planning their internship paths and future career developments.
