On March 29, 2025, the VLU International Education Institute organized the Digital E-Commerce Forum 2025 under the theme “The Next Big Shift”, aiming to update the latest trends in the e-commerce industry and explore solutions for adaptation, innovation, and leadership in the digital economy.
Mr. Tin Le, Founder and CEO of Adtek Growth Marketing Agency, delivered a comprehensive overview of the digital market's challenges and proposed innovative solutions. He emphasized the importance of brand positioning, operational optimization, channel diversification, and the application of artificial intelligence as key strategies for succeeding in today’s highly competitive landscape.
Ms. Thao Nguyen – Senior Business Director at Qualcomm Vietnam – shared her insights on the role of mobile technology and digital solutions in business expansion and market development. She stressed the necessity for individuals to proactively adapt to technological transitions or risk being left behind. Furthermore, she encouraged students to actively pursue knowledge, enhance professional expertise, develop data analysis skills, and leverage advanced technologies to seize career opportunities in global companies.
Mr. Quang Dinh – Online Business Manager at Samsung Vietnam – addressed the shifting consumer purchasing behaviors and shared strategies for businesses seeking to expand in the digital market. In response to these behavioral changes, he recommended creating compelling omnichannel shopping experiences, investing in technology and product features, and streamlining the purchase decision-making process for consumers.
Ms. Hoa Ly – Senior Marketing Director at Pigeon Vietnam – underscored the importance of building brand reputation and ensuring product quality. She advocated for the integration of seamless online and offline shopping experiences, optimization of e-commerce platform operations, reasonable pricing control, and the development of targeted marketing strategies.
In addition, Ms. Trang Nguyen, Founder and CEO of B Happy Cosmetic, along with other speakers, addressed various questions regarding entrepreneurship in the e-commerce sector and shared practical strategies for thriving in the digital marketplace.
The Digital E-Commerce Forum 2025 served as a valuable platform for Van Lang University students, faculty, and corporate representatives to gain a multifaceted understanding of digital transformation amid the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The event also provided opportunities to learn from real-world stories and draw insights from leading industry experts in Vietnam.
