On September 28, 2024, Honors Program students had a cultural exchange with the students from the Institute of Technical Education in Singapore (ITE). During this visit, the students of both countries got acquainted with each other, made friends, and enjoyed and played art performances with their countries’ cultural identities.

As friendly hosts, Van Lang University (VLU) students became tour guides leading Singaporean students on a tour of VLU’s main campus.

At Trinh Cong Son Hall, the students had an academic exchange and played art performances, strengthening the solidarity spirit between the two countries. In particular, they restlessly discussed two globalization topics, education and sustainable development. Not only to share and learn but this also offered an opportunity to extend viewpoints about urgent social issues nowadays.

The program concluded with positive impressions on the students of both countries, promising new opportunities for long-term partnerships between Van Lang University and the Institute of Technical Education in Singapore. Hopefully, VLU students have gained helpful experiences and valuable knowledge through this program, enhancing practical experience and aiming to become global citizens in the future.
