On September 28, 2024, the Faculty of Architecture at Van Lang University held the first-year citizenship orientation for students of Class 26, 27, 28, and 29. The event aimed to establish a connection between the university and the students, as well as to provide a space for sharing and addressing questions regarding the curriculum and activities for the academic year.

At the event, students had the opportunity to learn about the basic regulations of the university as well as the teaching criteria set for students to meet the current trends in the labor market. Notably, this was also an occasion for students to explore international training programs, internships, and transfer opportunities with partner countries across four continents: Asia, Oceania, America, and Australia. In this context, Dr. Architect Do Phu Hung, Head of the Faculty of Architecture, emphasized the role of the supply-demand principle in modern society, encouraging students to strive in their studies and career development.

In addition to discussing academic regulations, students had the opportunity to ask questions and receive direct answers from the Faculty Board, professors, and academic advisors. M.A. Architect Nguyen Huu Thai An, Academic Advisor, shared valuable strategies with students of Class 26 and 27 on how to prepare their graduation projects, encouraging them to be flexible in gathering data and preparing contingency plans during the project execution process.

The first-year citizen orientation session was successfully held. The citizen orientation is an annual event organized by the university and its faculties to provide the latest information for students of all classes. It is hoped that after the session, students in the "Architecture" faculty will be motivated to start the new academic year and achieve great success in their studies and personal development.
