Within the framework of the first short-term course organized by the Faculty of Creative Technology from July 25 to July 28, 2023, a delegation from the Royal University of Fine Arts of Cambodia participated in experiencing three topics: UNESCO-recognized intangible cultural heritage of Vietnam; Postmodern design: How to solve modern design problems; Southern traditional folk house architecture.

Through the group exercise "The Meaning of Form follows Function", the class "Postmodern Design: How to Solve Modern Design Problems" by M.Tech Phan Hoai Anh from the Faculty of Creative Technology, brought valuable information about design thinking of the past to the present, along with unique solutions to modern design problems.
In the class "Southern Traditional Folk House Architecture", M.Arch Pham Viet Bao Khuyen - Lecturer of the Faculty of Architecture presents unique, grand, and exquisite architectural works of Vietnam with the theme: Vietnamese folk houses, drawing comparisons with traditional Chinese and Old Town. The course aims to provide a foundation of Vietnamese culture, fostering the groundwork for educational access, in-depth training and adaptation to social development. In addition, it facilitates comprehensive cooperation between the two educational institutions, contributing to the advancements of university and postgraduate programs, while also strengthening the friendship between Vietnam and Cambodia.
