On June 8, 2025, students from Class 26, 27, and 28 of the Faculty of Business Administration defended their graduation theses. The topics focused on analyzing and solving lingering issues within businesses, contributing to the optimization of production processes and enhancing operational efficiency. Among them, three groundbreaking business project ideas left a strong impression on the committee due to their creativity, practical relevance, and ability to capture market trends.

In addition, research topics related to social media and e-commerce platforms attracted significant student interest. These topics not only kept up with the strong growth of digital technology but also vividly reflected the realities of business activities in the digital age. By applying specialized knowledge and modern research models, students proposed solutions aimed at improving and optimizing business operations.

The project titled "Auto Craft: Online self-designed and self-assembled model car toys" by Tran Thi My Duyen was praised for its innovative business idea, practical problem-solving approach, and received a score of 9.1. The project offers model car toys that stimulate players' creativity and individual expression. A highlight of the project is its integration of augmented and virtual reality (AR/VR) technology, allowing users to design, assemble, and vividly experience the product from the online interaction stage.

The thesis titled "The influence of TikTok influencers on young people's travel decisions: The role of attitude toward destination and social interaction" by Tran Thi Nhu Thao received the highest score of this defense session, with 8.7 points. In her thesis, Nhu Thao clarified the factors influencing destination choice behavior and applied a research model to propose strategic directions for businesses in the tourism sector.

Also earning a score of 8.6, the theses by 2 students Le Thanh Phuong and Nguyen Ngo Manh Cuong received positive feedback from the committee due to their creativity and high applicability, especially as students prepare to enter the labor market. Specifically, Le Thanh Phuong’s thesis titled "Factors affecting personal branding development and career opportunities through social media: A study of final-year university students" taps into the link between personal image-building skills and career prospects in the digital era. Meanwhile, Nguyen Ngo Manh Cuong’s thesis "Sustainable branding in the AI era: Investigating green purchase intentions and brand loyalty" adopted a perspective on green consumption trends and on the connection between artificial intelligence, consumer behavior, and sustainable brand development.

Inspired by a passion for coffee and a green lifestyle, the project "Biodegradable plastic cups made from coffee grounds" by students Pham Gia Yen and Luong Duc Trung drew the committee’s attention thanks to its unique idea and application potential. The product was tested with 40 customers at two coffee shops. Not only does it contribute to a sustainable cycle for coffee, from raw material to eco-friendly products, but the cup also tells an inspiring story, deeply connecting with the coffee-loving community.

Overall, the theses demonstrated thorough preparation in terms of content and research methodology, showcasing creativity, the ability to apply practical knowledge, and the problem-solving skills of Business Administration students at Van Lang University.
