Business Administration Students learn leadership experience from Experts

On April 13, 2025, the Faculty of Business Administration at Van Lang University organized the seminar "Leadership Creates Value." The event featured prominent experts in the field of management.

Speaker Do Dinh Nam, CEO of SimiGO Joint Stock Company and a member of the Board of Directors of AzFin Vietnam, shared in-depth knowledge about the art of leadership. This serves as a solid foundation for students to develop themselves with a long-term vision.

Simultaneously, Master Oneness - a conscious artist, international speaker, founder and director of Heal & Celeb Restaurant, Diviners Ashram Meditation Garden, the Divine Spark natural product line, and the ShottoShine Production art project - provided a unique experiential space focused on exploring and nurturing intrinsic values, helping young people "understand themselves" before "understanding others."

The guests offered two different perspectives, ranging from professional knowledge to personal development, all aimed at the common goal of building well-rounded leaders. 

The seminar helped VLU students understand the true meaning of leadership, from the ability to lead oneself to the capacity to guide teams, organizations, and communities. Through this, it nurtured leadership qualities via learning and experience. This foundation contributes to cultivating bold, talented leaders capable of creating sustainable value in the context of integration.
