The economic and political shifts following the COVID-19 pandemic, combined with rapid advancements in technology - especially artificial intelligence (AI) - have created significant challenges for businesses. In response, organizations worldwide are transitioning from the VUCA era (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity) to the TUNA era (Turbulence, Uncertainty, Novelty, Ambiguity). Addressing this shift, Mr. Hoang Duy Phuong, Director of MondiaL Agency, emphasized the critical “keys” that help students confidently adapt to this dynamic business environment. These include agile decision-making abilities, creative and innovative thinking, collaboration and communication skills, data-driven thinking and analysis, and leveraging AI as a valuable personal assistant.

During the seminar, Mr. Hoang Duy Phuong also shared his expertise on enterprise management amidst these transformations. He highlighted the importance of setting clear branding goals, analyzing potential challenges and risks, and developing strategies to overcome obstacles during the design and positioning of a brand. To future managers, the expert shared inspiring and practical advice: “What matters is not how many times you fall, but how many times you rise again. By staying motivated, fueling your passion, and daring to challenge yourself, success will be within your reach.”
