I was once part of that youth, and now, it is your turn to carry that responsibility. You are the future of this nation. I hope the messages and values passed down from our ancestors, through my generation, will continue to be spread to all of you. Together, let us nurture and build a stronger, more prosperous, and dignified Vietnam”.
