Theme of BASS 2024 - Phao (Firecracker) carries multiple layers of meaning, symbolizing the nation’s heroic history. Through music and theatrical arts, students retold historical stories from a youthful perspective, rich in emotion and creativity.

The flag procession ceremony of Faculty of Business Administration took place in a solemn and sacred atmosphere. This meaningful highlight symbolized the unity and strong bond among generations of students.

Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Chau Bao Tran – former Secretary of the Faculty Youth Union and a remarkable "student leader of Q house", officially handed over the responsibility to Comrade Ho Ngoc Kha - new Secretary of the Faculty Youth Union.

The program was also a special occasion for students to express their heartfelt gratitude to their lecturers - those who have accompanied, guided, and inspired them throughout their journey of learning and growth. The flowers and words of thanks went beyond mere gestures, reflected instead in the dedication, effort, and spirit poured into the entire program. The songs "Dong thoi gian" and "Di giua troi ruc ro" resonated as touching tributes from students to their lecturers of Faculty of Business Administration.
Expressing her pride in generations of “Q house” students, Dr. Nguyen Quynh Mai - Dean of Faculty of Business Administration, shared: “Today, we are fortunate to live in an independent and peaceful country; the result of countless sacrifices made by previous generations. Peace is an invaluable treasure, and the best way to honor it is to study diligently, continuously improve ourselves, and contribute to the development of our country both now and in the future. ‘Whether Vietnam can become beautiful or not’ that depends on today’s young generation. I was once part of that youth, and now, it is your turn to carry that responsibility. You are the future of this nation. I hope the messages and values passed down from our ancestors, through my generation, will continue to be spread to all of you. Together, let us nurture and build a stronger, more prosperous, and dignified Vietnam”.

Highlight of the program was a moving play reenacting Vietnam’s wartime resistance, featuring a heartfelt performance by Meritorious Artist Le Thien. The play reached its emotional peak in the final scene, when a mother sat waiting in silence for her children to return amid the chaos of war, a moment that brought stillness to the entire auditorium. This image captured not only the personal grief of one mother, but also symbolized the quiet sacrifices and losses endured by countless Vietnamese families to protect nation's independence. Young men and women in their twenties left for the battlefield, leaving behind dreams of youth - a poignant reminder of the true cost of freedom and the profound losses Vietnamese people endured to attain today’s peace. The performance did more than depict history; it stirred in every viewer a deep sense of gratitude for past generations who sacrificed in silence for the future of their homeland.

The entire auditorium was swept up in the powerful melodies of mashup “Bai ca may ao” – “Huyen thoai me,” performed by singer Le Viet Thu, stirring a deep sense of national pride. Wrapping up this program, the atmosphere erupted with energy as DJ ChunZ delivered a vibrant and captivating performance, closing the night with dazzling sounds of youth, passion, and desire to reach further.

Proud to have accompanied 30 generations of courageous and ambitious students, Faculty of Business Administration firmly believes that each new generation will continue this proud journey with passion, discipline, and an unwavering spirit of growth.
