Announcement on the Selection of Individuals to Preside over the Implementation of Ministerial-Level Science and Technology Projects of the Ministry of Education and Training in 2026 at Van Lang University

Implementation in compliance with the Ministry of Education and Training Decision No. 3575/QĐ-BGDĐT dated December 26, 2025, which approved the list of science and technology topics at the ministerial level to be assessed for not using the Ministry of Education and Training's science and technology budget beginning in 2026. In accordance with Decision No. 3575/QĐ-BGDĐT dated December 26, 2025, Van Lang University hereby notifies about the registration process for selecting individuals to oversee the implementation of eight ministerial-level science and technology topics that will not be funded by the Ministry of Education and Training's science and technology budget beginning in 2026. The following are the specifics of the implementation:

Application for participation in the selection:

1. Project description for ministerial-level topic according to Form 7 (Circular No. 15/2024/TT-BGDĐT dated November 20, 2024)

2. Scientific curriculum vitae of the project leader and main members implementing the ministerial-level topic according to Form 8 (Circular No. 15/2024/TT-BGDĐT dated November 20, 2024)

3. Documents confirming coordination for implementation, application, and commitments for counterpart funding (if any).

Time and location for submission of application:

Submission deadline: Hard-copy submission before 16:00, January 13, 2026 (Tuesday)

Submission location: Department of Research Development (Room 6.07), Building A, Main Campus of Van Lang University.
