Admission Announcement: College-to-University Transfer Program 2025

The Admission Council of Van Lang University announces the admission for the full-time College-to-University Transfer Program in 2025, offering five majors: Finance – Banking, Information Technology, Film and Television Technology, Media Technology, and Thermal Engineering.

ADMISSION METHOD: Selection based on academic performance at the college level.

MAJORS, ENROLLMENT QUOTAS, AND TRAINING DURATION:

ELIGIBILITY AND ADMISSION SCOPE:

• For the Information Technology and Finance – Banking programs: Only candidates graduating from Van Lang Saigon College in relevant majors/specializations are eligible.
• For the Film – Television Technology and Media Technology programs: Open to candidates who have graduated from college in relevant majors/specializations.
• For the Thermal Engineering program: Open to candidates who have graduated from colleges or vocational colleges nationwide in Engineering – Technology fields such as Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Automotive Engineering Technology, etc.

TRAINING TYPE: Full-time (on-campus).

Students will attend classes on weekdays. Courses completed at the college level may be transferred for credit recognition, but not exceeding 50% of the total credit required in the undergraduate program.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS AND ADMISSION FEE:

a. Application Form for Admission (according to Van Lang University’s template) 

b. Academic transcript of the College program

c. College diploma or Certificate of Graduation (College level)

d. ID Card / Citizen ID Card

e. Application fee: 200,000 VND per application

(Documents b, c, d, e must be submitted as notarized photocopies)

APPLICATION AND ENROLLMENT TIMELINE:

- Application submission: From the date of announcement until August 20, 2025.

- Enrollment: Expected in late August 2025.
