Journalist Duong Trong Dat is the former General Editor of Liberated Saigon press with more than 26 years of experience. Besides, he holds the position of Director of the Tran Van Khe Scholarship Fund (Van Lang University). In 2007, with his team, journalist Duong Trong Dat built and established the Faculty of Public Relations and Communication at Van Lang University. He made an important contribution to making Van Lang University a multidisciplinary, comprehensively developed university and a major art center.
