Specialization 1: Tourism Operations

  • Students learn how to design and develop tourism products that meet customer needs; plan, organize, and coordinate tour operations, handle situations, and optimize service quality through tour management software and online booking tools; and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure service quality throughout the tourism supply chain.

Specialization 2: Tourism Sales & Marketing

  • Students learn how to build and manage effective business activities; develop skills in negotiation and contract signing with clients and partners; analyze markets, identify target segments, develop marketing plans, and use digital tools such as social media, SEO, SEM, and online advertising to effectively promote tourism products.

Specialization 3: Tourism Event & Festival Management

  • Students gain an overview of the event industry; learn to plan, implement, and evaluate events and festivals of various scales; and develop skills in managing large events, including coordinating teams and volunteers involved in event organization.
